SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and arrive within 1-4 days, depending on geographical region. To ensure each package arrives as fresh as possible, most orders ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.  Local orders within NJ may ship at the end of the week. You will receive an email including the tracking number when your order ships.  Once your order has shipped, it is no longer in the hands of Sending Goodness.  It is at the customer’s discretion to track the package and let the recipient know when it arrives.  If there are any special delivery instructions, please type them in the box marked “Any Special Delivery Instructions?” at checkout.  If the package is being delivered as a surprise to an office building, it is the customer’s responsibility to know if the office is open and if the recipient will be in the office the week of delivery. If the package is being delivered to an apartment building or condominium without a doorman or front desk, it is the sender’s responsibility to follow up with the recipient to ensure they are home to receive the delivery.

Expedited shipping available upon request and will be consistent with USPS Priority Express rates. We ship to the 48 continental states at standard rates. We can ship internationally upon request. International express shipping rates will apply.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, weather, traffic, and other factors.
